My two children were at CCS Valleydale from September of 2012 to August of 2017. Our initial experience was amazing. The director Adam ran a very nice school and took his responsibilities seriously. We felt there were quality teachers. At some point Adam left that location to replace a director at another who was removed suddenly. The director that came in did not run the school with the same standards. The quality of teachers slowly began to decline. In the months before we took our youngest out there were numerous times that I arrived to find one teacher managing a room of 20 four year olds alone. (Yes, I stopped to count). Once I stopped to tell the front desk that the teacher needed help and the missing teacher was hanging out up there and said "I'm just right here." As though my expectation that she be in the class was ridiculous. We left a couple of months after that. The facility we loved in the beginning slowly became very focused on profit and I lost that warm and fuzzy feeling I had. Our experience at our current school has been so different and positive and I'm so grateful we moved on.
The past 8 years at CCS have been simply amazing. Both of our children have attended CCS since they were a couple months old and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better. The teachers are very attentive to all of the children and genuinely treat them all like they are one of their own. We have made wonderful friends and memories through our CCS journey and I couldn’t be more grateful to the awesome staff for our wonderful experience.
